Thank you for interest that we can organize and manage your trip or part of services that you have chose and we know that you will enjoy it and for us it will be a pleasure to help you.
FIRST: You access our website and if you have interest any packages tours or customized for you. This request our staff will reply very as soon as possible.
SECOND: When the services requested for you are approved , we will send our invoice by email and Alert Pay web link for payout.
Alert Pay is a Payment Processor very trust and secure; many people around the world knows. They work in English and French Language, but is very easy understand it.
You should open account is very easy. When you have the account you have the possibility to add funds by different methods. Also, you can payout by Credit & Debit Cards branded Visa and Master Card. You have the possibility to add until five (5) cards each one with limit for USD 500.00 Calendar Monthly, in sumary you can make transaction the limit USD 2,500.00 per Month. If you need more limit… you can add funds by different methods.
THIRD: If the client have approved our invoice and paid, The Alert Pay system will notify that your payment was proceed successfully. And immediately we will confirm with our suppliers and confirm the services.
FOURTH: It’s done, we will proceed to send you the confirmation invoice with detail of services and confirmated in correctly dates.
Refunds or Money Backs Policies
In case for refunds or money backs is depending our suppliers bacause each one have differents policies, but it’s recommendable request not less than 15 days arriving date because the hotels, lodges, tours have any restrictions.
The Corcovado National Park Reservations is not possible refund because this payment is deposited on government account and isn’t authorized. You can change the dates but is depending availability in Park accomodations. The Park office don’t refund money.
