			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>El Parque Nacional Corcovado tienes 5 estaciones las cuales son: La Leona, Sirena, Los Patos, San Pedrillo y la Isla del Caño.<br />
La más popular por su ubicación es Sirena, ya que se localiza en el centro del parque formando literariamente una equis (&#8220;X&#8221;), ella siendo el punto.<br />
Esto es un poco complejo, pero vamos a tratar de explicar lo más detallado posible para que puedas entender bien, ya que eso es lo que queremos<br />
Aquí vamos a tomar solo de referencia a Sirena ya que es el punto central.</p>
<p>En el parque existen alrededor de 3 entradas para visitar Sirena.</p>

<ul>
<li><span style="color:#3333ff">Entrada a Sirena por La Leona:<br />
</span></li>
</ul>
<p>Primeramente cuando estás en San José, puedes tomar autobús o avioneta de acuerdo como está tu presupuesto. Si vienes en autobús hay 2 opciones:<br />
<span style="color:red"><strong>▲</strong></span>El autobús directo de San José a Puerto Jiménez el cual la estación está ubicada 25 metros al norte de la Antigua parada de Puntarenas o la que es actualmente de San Carlos, Upala. Este Autobús parte a las <span style="color:#e36c0a"><strong>08:00 a.m. y 12:00 p.m.</strong></span> todos los días y es importante comprar tiquete antes para asegurar su espacio. La empresa se llama: AUTOTRANSPORTES BLANCO.</p>
<p>El tiempo estimado de viaje es de 9 horas aproximadamente.</p>
<p><span style="color:red"><strong>▲</strong></span>La otra opción es tomar un bus de San José a Golfito y cuando llegas a Golfito, tomas un bote o lancha que parten de Golfito a Puerto Jiménez cruzando el mar.<br />
La empresa se denomina: TRACOPA y los horarios es mejor consultar con la empresa y está ubicada Cerca de la estación de Ferrocarril al pacífico (Recomendable tomar un taxi sino conoces). Esta opción es más rápida ya que salen buses en la mañana desde San José y llegas más temprano a Puerto Jiménez; sin embargo, el costo es un poco más caro.</p>
<p>El tiempo estimado de viaje es de 6 horas aproximadamente.</p>
<p><span style="color:red"><strong>▲</strong></span>Cuando estés en Puerto Jiménez debes de ir a Carate, para ello debes de tomar el taxi colectivo que sale diariamente (excepto días feriados de Costa Rica) a las <strong>6:00 a.m. y 1:30 p.m</strong>. de <strong>PJ-Carate</strong> y de <strong>Carate a PJ</strong> a las<strong> 8:00 a.m. y 4:00 p.m</strong>.</p>
<p><span style="color:red"><strong>▲</strong></span>Luego de llegar a Carate debes de caminar 1 hora y verás la entrada de la Estación La Leona y allí presentar los comprobantes de la reservación.<br />
Debes de continuar la caminata 3 horas más y llegaras a una formación rocosa llamada: PUNTA LA CHANCHA el cual es necesario conocer las mareas y allí se puede cruzar 2 horas antes o después de la marea alta. Ejemplo:</p>
<p>Si la marea alta es: 12:00 p.m. puedes cruzar antes de las 10:00 a.m. o después de las 02:00 p.m. En marea baja no hay problemas.<br />
<span style="color:red"><strong>▲</strong></span>Después de cruzar Punta la Chancha, debes de caminar 2 horas y llegarás a un río grande llamado: RIO CLARO, allí se presenta la misma situación de Punta La Chancha el cual es posible cruzar 2 horas o después de la marea alta.</p>
<p><span style="color:red">Cuando llegas a la desembocadura del río es recomendable caminar 100 metros aproximadamente hacia adentro ya que en la desembocadura puede haber lagartos, cocodrilos y hasta tiburones.</span> Por ello recomendamos que camines esos 100 metros y que cruces en marea baja para evitar esos problemas.</p>
<p><span style="color:red"><strong>▲</strong></span>Cuando hayas cruzado el río, debes de caminar 1 hora más y llegarás a la estación SIRENA.<br />
En la estación debes de presentar nuevamente los comprobantes de tu reservación para evitar inconvenientes.</p>
<p><span style="color:red"><strong>▲</strong></span>Nosotros siempre recomendamos que te acompañes de un guía de la zona para que te oriente en el camino</p>

<li><span style="color:#3366ff">Entrada a Sirena por Los Patos:<br />
</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color:red"><strong>▲</strong></span>Para entrar por allí debes de llegar primeramente a la Localidad de la Palma de Puerto Jiménez y llegas de la misma forma que a Puerto Jiménez solo con las diferencias que si tomas el autobús directo de Puerto Jiménez debes de bajarte en La Palma (Pregúntale al Chofer del bus sino sabes).<br />
<span style="color:red"><strong>▲</strong></span>Y si te vienes por Golfito, tomas la lancha o bote y luego de llegar a Puerto Jiménez, debes de tomar un autobús que te lleve a la Palma.<br />
Cuando estés en la Palma debes de ir hacia la estación LOS PATOS, que en éstos momentos no es posible acampar, por lo que debes caminar desde La Palma a Los Patos 5 horas y desde Los Patos a Sirena son 8 horas caminando.<br />
Hay 5 kilómetros desde Los Patos a Sirena que son subidas y bajadas el resto es plano. Nosotros recomendamos que contrates un guía de la Zona<a href="http://pncorcovado.com/2008/11/guas-afiliados-corcovado-blog.html"> </a>para poder hacer esa caminata más orientado.</p>
<ul>
<li><span style="color:#3366ff">Entrada a Sirena por Bahía Drake:<br />
</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color:red"><strong>▲</strong></span>Otra opción es viajar a Bahía Drake y desde allí contratar un bote y que te lleve a Sirena. El costo es variable dependiendo del número de personas.</p>
<p>Desde Bahía Drake puedes visitar las estaciones: Sirena, San Pedrillo y La Isla del Caño, todas en tours o viajes diarios contactando con hoteles o tours operadores de la Zona.<br />
Este sector es recomendable cuando no dispones de mucho tiempo para visitar.</p>

<li><span style="font-family:Arial Unicode MS"><span style="color:#990000"><strong><em>Shoes:</em></strong></span> Not recommendable to wear leather shoes. It&#8217;s recommendable rubber boots or hiking shoes.<br />

<li><span style="font-family:Arial Unicode MS"><span style="color:#990000"><strong><em>The insects:</em></strong></span> Necessary to carry repellent lotion and mosquito net (in Costa Rica tells &#8220;toldo&#8221;, mosquitero). <li><span style="font-family:Arial Unicode MS"><span style="color:#990000"><strong><em>Snacks:</em></strong></span> If you get the food at Sirena Station that is available, please attention the food&#8217;s schedule: Breakfast 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. Lunch 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and Dinner/Supper 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Recommendable that carry any snacks (cereals, cookies, juices, others).<br />

<li><span style="font-family:Arial Unicode MS"><span style="color:#990000"><strong><em>Sunglasses and Suns cream:</em></strong></span> The temperatures in this zone are very high and sun rays fall out very strong, it&#8217;s recommendable that always to use this cream and item for protection.<br />

It&#8217;s recommendable these bags to keep the items dry (protect camera, clothes, batteries, money, and more). Also, you can to carry your own trash when leave the park.<br />

<li><span style="font-family:Arial Unicode MS"><span style="color:#990000"><strong><em>Camera:</em></strong></span> If you want to have memory about your experience in Corcovado and you want to share with people, this item you can&#8217;t forget.<br />

<li><span style="font-family:Arial Unicode MS"><span style="color:#990000"><strong><em>Batteries and Flashlight/Headlamp:</em></strong></span> At the Station the electricity is minimum and not trust, then is recommendable that always carry this items.<br />

<li><span style="font-family:Arial Unicode MS"><span style="color:#990000"><strong><em>Medicines:</em></strong></span> It&#8217;s important to carry medicines, because you prevent different problems.<br />
</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Arial Unicode MS"><span style="color:#990000"><strong><em>Gas stove and utilities (bowl, knife, spoons, others):</em></strong></span> If you want to cook your own food, please carry all utilities, because in the Station can&#8217;t borrow anything. Don&#8217;t forget the gas cylinder. In the station there is a area the cooking. All in the station is shared.<br />

<li><span style="font-family:Arial Unicode MS"><span style="color:#990000"><strong><em>Cash:</em></strong></span> If you need to buy something when you&#8217;re going leave to the park. In &#8220;Pulpería Carate&#8221; you can buy or any hotel.<br />

The park rangers had made trails; please walk on the trails, because if you walk outside of the trails you are destroying the habitats and these are serious problems in the environment, but we know that you will help us.<br />
